Artist Statement: 
When I think of women of spiritual power and sovereignty, I often think of us as a group rather than as just individuals. I feel that women have always had a unique sense of interconnection and community that gives us great strength, especially as we worship and commune with God and each other. The individual strength and power of each woman is amplified and strengthened as we join in praising God together, arms uplifted, side by side, in a great humongous host of glorious female spirits.
