Artist Statement:
St Eustace was a pagan Roman general who loved the hunt. One day as he was hunting, he saw a vision of the cross between the antlers of a stag, and was converted to Christianity. Although I am not of the Catholic faith, I see value in learning these saint’s stories. As a Latter Day Saint, I am learning that these saints, like me, were mortal people who had miraculous experiences with God, and were changed forever. Their stories inspire me to keep the faith.
