About the event
Summer is the peak of the seasons. Growth has come to its fullest. Summer shouts for joy at the creation of life. Everything is warm and bright. Then we eventually move to autumn, where life fades and eventually goes dormant in winter. Through these seasons we appreciate the green leaves and growing of a tree more than if they had stayed green all year round.
The same principle is true in our lives. Not every part of our life is attractive. Life can be messy and hard. The ugliness is a needed counterpart. It intensifies beauty and gives us more appreciation for the lovely, every day parts of life.
I love to capture the beautiful moments that come with living. The still moments, times of family love, loud get togethers, the wonder of discovery, or the excitement of something new. Here is to celebrating and recognizing the summer of life.
