Artist Statement:
I didn’t worry about talking too loud or too often or sharing too much when I was very young, but somehow, as I grew I began to feel that I needed to be smaller and quieter. While there is definitely a place for social awareness and consideration of others, I am trying to honor the music inside me that is sometimes loud.
