Artist Statement:
From my collection of Stretch Marks Abstractions, this piece explores the magic of living in our bodies and finding beauty in our supposed flaws, by highlighting and abstracting stretch marks of the female figure, while not focusing on the figure itself. These things are part of us, telling stories of strength. I paint them not as problems, but as symbols of the feminine journey. They make us who we are. My art encourages people to see the beauty in the overlooked and to appreciate their own unique story.  I challenge the conventional narrative, seeking to unveil the beauty in authenticity and self-acceptance. My work offers an alternative perspective, urging viewers to embrace their bodies without judgment. Through my journey, I hope to inspire a broader dialogue on gender, identity, and self-worth, while promoting a deeper sense of beauty and acceptance.
