Artist Statement:
There are flows that reside deep within us. Flows of energy, flows of growth, flows of life. We often think of life with a beginning and an end, but when you compare it to water, it is actually much the same. The source of water comes from a stream, that flows to a river, then to the ocean, that evaporates into the clouds and travels back to the mountains as rain or snow is continual. In life, it is the same. We all ebb and flow in our own different ways and in the process, we are traveling through journeys of time and space. We transform in the process, moving from stream to river to ocean to sky to mountains and back to the river. The flows lie with us. Always there, always flowing. It is the flow of life.
