Artist Statement:
This image came to mind when I was thinking about the way things would change if we were more able to be open and accepting of what is new to us and might seem out of place in our current culture or world view. These “elephants in the room” are often the ideas and people that help us shift our views towards more love and growth. It is a gift to see and embrace what everyone else might be hesitant to mention or talk about.
